Italian to English Medical Medical (general)

Good evening!
I am translating a certificate of Vaccination from Italian into English. There is a list of vaccines the patient did, with the dates, the operation numbers, D/R (Dose or Recall), Cycle number.
Something like that:

MOR ANTI-MORBILLO 29/01/1998 1 D 1
PAR ANTI-PAROTITE 29/11/2005 2 D 1
PER ANTI-PERTOSSE 29/01/1998 1 D 1

Apart from the initials that I suppose must be left in Italian, I translated the name of the disease leaving also ANTI:
MOR ANTI-MEASLES 29/01/1998 1 D 1
PAR ANTI-PAROTITIS 29/11/2005 2 D 1
PER ANTI-PERTUSSIS 29/01/1998 1 D 1

I ask native speakers if the use of 'anti' is correct in English, because I didn't find many occurrences on the Web.
