Oneforma by Centific, a company specializing in AI solutions, is seeking the participation of engineers, technology leaders, and business leaders for user testing on a prominent cloud platform. The primary goal of this study is to enhance the user experience for individuals who are Japanese speakers utilizing the platform.



We are looking for experts who are interested to be at the forefront of Artificial Intelligence innovation. Centific is currently looking for your expertise in General, Coding and Math domains to become a Generative AI Specialist and influence the responsible development of Large Language Models (LLMs).

Requirements:

Native English speaker with exceptional language skills for one of the following locales:
English-Spanish (must be based in USA) (remote)
Strong understanding of English grammar, syntax, semantics and locale specific nuances, slang, etc.
Experience in linguistic analysis
Familiarity with LLMs and NLP concepts and techniques is advantageous.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify subtle nuances in language.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a dynamic role
Ability to understand client guidelines and requirements
Previous QA experience is a major plus
Experience as a creative writer/content creator, journalism, blogging is a plus


Responsibilities:

Review prompts provided for accuracy, relevance, and clarity.
Evaluate provided answers for correctness, helpfulness and harmlessness.
Identify and report any inconsistencies, errors, or biases in the reviewed content.
Collaborate with PMs and Quality Managers (QM) to address issues and improve the crowd’s performance.
Provide feedback on the quality issues to enhance accuracy.
Stay updated on advancements in LLMs and NLP techniques relevant to LLM prompt/response authoring.
Document observations and recommendations to the Centific team for further improvements.
Contribute ideas for optimizing the overall performance.
Immediately escalate any urgent issues to PM/QM team.


Part Time- IC contract, 20 hours a week for 6 months
